The first annual ULI + Real Estate Center at Texas A&M Forecast Conference presented market intelligence about forces driving investment and development across the State and in the Greater Houston region.
Following networking and the keynote luncheon with Mr. Joe Griffith, National Real Estate Banking Manager for JP Morgan Chase Bank, a panel of leading economists presented their global, national and regional economic outlook with Mark Dotzour moderating.
The second panel discussion delivered compelling information about brighter days ahead, with presentations on Aviation and Global Transportation; Healthcare and Biomedical Research; and Oil & Gas.
