Please join ULI and Wolff Companies for the inauguration of Texas Medical Center West Campus, the first expansion in the 65-year history of the Texas Medical Center to share that prestigious name and brand outside the original downtown campus. At this special event, leaders of institutions internationally recognized for excellence will present their vision for the new TMC West Campus.

ULI Members can participate in an exclusive tour of the new Texas Children's Hospital prior to its grand opening. One of the nation's largest suburban pediatric hospitals, Texas Children's Hospital West will serve one of the nation's fastest growing populations, and employ some 800 of the best physicians, nurses and staff in pediatric medicine. Tour attendance is limited to no more than 120 ULI Members, with a complimentary luncheon and presentation by TMC leaders by invitation only.

The new Texas Medical Center West Campus, at the intersection of I-10 and Barker Cypress, represents an investment of over half a billion dollars and almost 1.2 million square feet of state-of-the-art healthcare development by Texas Children’s Hospital and The Methodist Hospital System. Located in the heart of a booming area, the pediatric population is expected to grow by 51% within five years, with general population growth exceeding 20%.
